Quarantined

I’ve reached the heights of boredom

Been so homesick of home

Never been so lost

Just please let me go roam

Can’t recognise my friends

I’ve been gone so long

Been sanitising my brain

And writing this song

Can’t feel the morning breeze

With no sign of tomorrow

I’m beginning to sneeze

Well, I’m allergic to sorrow

I’ve wasted my whole vacation

Doing a whole lot of nothing

All this is a setup

Who would do such a thing

I’ve been to the year 3000

Humans live underwater

The apocalypse is rising

Cause the earth is getting hotter

Say goodbye to the world

Before it’s too late

There’s a small chance we can save it

Well, that’s just fate
